Painters in Parma, Ohio.
Parma is full of solid post-war homes wearing tired aluminum siding. Advanced Painting refinishes that siding instead of replacing it — and has done this kind of work across Northeast Ohio since 1979.
Chalky aluminum siding does not need a siding contractor.
Parma’s housing stock is largely 1950s and 1960s, and a huge share of it is aluminum-sided. Decades of sun leave that aluminum chalky and faded — but the panels underneath are usually sound. Refinishing them costs a fraction of tear-off and replacement, and the result looks like new siding.
Whole-house color change, without the tear-off.
The process matters. We pressure wash to strip chalk and dirt, scrape and spot-prime any failing areas, mask the windows, roof edges and landscaping, then spray and back-roll a coating made to bond to metal. Done right, it holds color for years.
We also paint interiors, exterior wood and trim, porches, decks, fences and cabinets throughout Parma, Parma Heights and Seven Hills. Free written estimates on all of it.

Yes — when it is prepped correctly. The chalk has to be washed off and failing spots primed before coating. Done properly it looks like new siding for a fraction of replacement cost.
Almost always, and by a wide margin. We will look at your siding and tell you straight whether refinishing makes sense or whether you genuinely need replacement.
